jumpingladyDid we mention you'll be getting a great workout as well? You'll have such a blast playing hockey, it won't even feel like exercise. Once you play CWS, you'll never want to go back to the boring ol' heath club treadmill again!

Most CWS clinics are scheduled throughout the year with convenient daytime or evening time slots. Want to learn more? Visit our Clinics section.

CWS also offers daytime hockey leagues at two skill levels - novice/beginner and intermediate/advanced. Our leagues run throughout the year and are perfect for moms with kids in school or ladies with flexible work schedules. Visit our Leagues section to find out more.

Whether you are looking for a challenge in a competitive yet relaxing atmosphere, or you just want to get away from the husband and the kids for a while... At CWS - we have a spot for you!

I grew up in Saudi Arabia, didn't have hockey let alone ice skating...watched my son play for several years here in Minnesota before I finally decided to try a clinic with some friends 4yrs ago. I was hooked from day #1 and consider it the best decision I ever made!! I am doing things on skates now that I never thought possible in the beginning. What a great community, filled with wonderful people who share the same passion to learn and better themselves through the best sport on earth!! I live and breathe for the next opportunity to play. Now I can jump in on some outdoor pond hockey with high school kids in the winter and have the time of my life!
