Get a great workout while playing a game!

Chicks with Sticks (CWS) is a learn-to-play hockey program for women. Clinics offered by CWS range in skill level from beginner through advanced, from basic hockey skills to game concepts. The ladies participating in CWS clinics have found hockey to be a fun alternative to the health club treadmills. CWS clinics are scheduled throughout the year with convenient morning or evening time slots. Visit our Clinics section to learn more.

CWS also offers year-round daytime hockey leagues in two skill levels: Novice & Intermediate/Advanced. The Chicks with Sticks Hockey Leagues (CWSHL) are great for moms with kids in school or ladies with flexible work schedules. Visit our Leagues section to find out more.
